The Bible says "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." - Romans 10:9
All you have to do is pray this prayer from your heart:
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior."

Your next step after salvation is water baptism, it's a public confession of your new, inward commitment to God. The call to water baptism is given to us directly from Jesus himself in Luke 3:21-22. We believe that after salvation, it is the responsibility of every believer to be water baptized, it’s a big important moment in your new faith!
